Bradford Mills
Mr. Mills is Chairman of the Board of Bradford Investment Group, Inc. He was the founder of Bradford Ventures Ltd., a middle-market private equity investment firm affiliated with Bessemer Securities. Prior to starting Bradford, Mr. Mills was a partner of New York Securities and F. Eberstadt & Co. investment banking firms and the first President of Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), Washington, D.C., a U.S. government agency for insuring American investments in underdeveloped countries.
Arthur L. Rebell
Mr. Rebell is Chairman of the Board of Boardwalk Pipelines, a major publicly traded natural gas pipeline company. Mr Rebell is a retired senior executive of Loews Corporation. He was most recently responsible for the company's Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Strategy. Prior to his employment with the Loews Corporation, Mr. Rebell served as an Adjunct Professor at the Stern Graduate Business School at NYU and as a member of the Executive Committee of Wertheim & Co. He is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School.
Herbert S. Schlosser
Mr. Schlosser is Senior Advisor and Consultant to Communications Investment Banking for Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Mr. Schlosser was President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Broadcasting Company and Executive Vice President of RCA Corporation in charge of its entertainment group, which included RCA Records and RCA subsidiaries in cable and home video programming.
Frank V. Sica
Mr. Sica joined Tailwind in 2006. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Sica was a Senior Advisor to Soros Funds Management. From 2000 to 2003, he was the President of Soros Private Funds Management, the management company for Soros private equity and real estate activities, where he headed the investment committee. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Sica was a Managing Director at Soros Fund Management in charge of private equity activities. From 1988 to 1998, Mr. Sica was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and its private equity affiliate, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. In 1996, Mr. Sica was elevated to Co-CEO of Morgan Stanley's Merchant Banking Division, whose principal operating unit was MSCP. Prior to 1988, Mr. Sica was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley's mergers and acquisitions department. From 1974 to 1977, Mr. Sica was an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
Mr. Sica is a director of CSG Systems, Inc., JetBlue Airways, Kohl's Corporation, and Safe Bulkers, Inc. Mr. Sica is a Trustee of Wesleyan University, a member of the Board of Overseers for the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a Trustee of the American Museum of Natural History and a member of the Board of Visitors for Columbia University Medical Center. He is also a member of the boards of the Cancer Research Institute and Business Executives for National Security. He is a graduate of Wesleyan University, where he received his BA degree, and of the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he received his MBA.
John A. Sivright
Mr. Sivright is a former Managing Director of Credit Suisse. During the period of 1995 to 2004, he was a senior member of the Private Fund Group at CS, a leading financing placement agent of private equity funds to domestic and international institutional investors. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. Sivright was a Vice President in the fixed income division of Morgan Stanley. He is an Advisory Director of Trusted Insight Inc., an online business serving private equity and venture capital firms. Mr. Sivright is a Senior Consultant to Frontenac Co., the oldest private equity firm in Chicago. He is a former Board Member of North American Co. for Life & Health Insurance. Mr. Sivright is a former Advisory Director of East Peak Advisors. He earned a BA from Williams College.
