Peter J. Hicks

Peter J. Hicks has over twenty-five years of investment banking experience. Mr. Hicks was a Managing Director in the corporate finance department of Schroders & Co. Inc. from 1987 to 1999 and was co-founder and global head of the firm's industrial manufacturing group. Prior to 1987, Mr. Hicks was a managing director of Prudential Bache Securities, Inc. Mr. Hicks is or has been a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies including Cimarron Energy, Inc., Stafford Logistics, Inc., Colonial Printing LLC, R. Thompson Trucking, Inc., Skyline Windows, LLC, Channell Commercial Corporation, and Loan Pricing Corporation. He is a current member of the Board of Governors of Lawrence Hospital and a former member of the Board of Trustees of Wesleyan University. During the 1985 and 1986 academic years, Mr. Hicks was an adjunct Professor of Finance at Columbia University Business School. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business of the University of Virginia and a BA from Wesleyan University.
