Joshua D. Kuder joined Linx Partners in August 2008. Prior to joining Linx, Mr. Kuder served as co-head of new deal origination and worked on selected new acquisition processes and portfolio value creation at Florida Capital Partners, a private equity firm located in Tampa, Florida. Previously, Mr. Kuder worked as an analyst in the Government Services group for Legg Mason Investment Banking executing M&A engagements and public offerings. He currently serves on the board of the Atlanta Association for Corporate Growth and Atlanta Venture Forum and is a member of the Steering Committee for Young ACG Atlanta. Mr. Kuder holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
