Edward A. Leinss

Edward A. Leinss has more than thirty years of industrial manufacturing experience. Mr. Leinss was the President and CEO of the Filtration Division of Ahlstrom Paper Group, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Mr. Leinss managed worldwide operations in the Republic of Korea, Brazil, Italy, and the United States. Mr. Leinss has served as a member or chairman of the boards of numerous companies in Europe, Asia, South America, and the United States. Mr. Leinss is currently Chairman of the Board of Tidewater Equipment Companies and Metaltech Service Center, Inc., and a member of the board of McBride America. Mr. Leinss is the former chairman of the Specialty and Industrial Division of the American Forest and Paper Association. He is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Wayne Calloway School of Business and Accountancy of Wake Forest University. Mr. Leinss holds a BS degree with honors in mathematics from Wake Forest University.
