Giny E. Mullins

Giny E. Mullins, Managing Director, has been with Linx for seven years. She has more than twelve years of financial experience working in the areas of investment banking and private equity. Ms. Mullins previously worked as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Financial Sponsors Coverage Group of Robert W. Baird's Investment Banking Division where she analyzed transactions in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Linx, Ms. Mullins also worked in the Debt Portfolio Acquisitions Group of Orix Financial Services and for the middle-market commercial lending group of American National Bank.
Ms. Mullins is Chairman of the Board of Tidewater and a member of the board of Gullett Holdings. She was a member of the board of Cimarron Energy. Ms. Mullins sits on the board of the Southern Capital Forum.
Ms. Mullins received an M.B.A. with honors from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Ms. Mullins holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
