Mark R. Niznik

Mark R. Niznik joined Linx Partners in January 2002. Prior to joining Linx, Mr. Niznik was in the U.S. Private Equity Group of Prudential Financial, where he focused on direct private equity investments for Prudential's General Account. Previously, Mr. Niznik was an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Prudential Securities Incorporated's Investment Banking Division. Mr. Niznik is a member of the board of Metaltech Service Center, Inc. and Stafford Logistics, Inc. Mr. Niznik holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude.
